2. 제목 : “Blessings in Sleep” (잠을 자는 동안의 축복)

The Lord longs to pour out blessings on you constantly — even while you are sleeping! Many people today struggle with sleeping at night. They stay awake or get poor sleep because they are constantly focused on their problems and worrying about tomorrow. But that’s not God’s plan for you! He wants you to enjoy your sleep as a time of blessing and refreshing.

주님께서는 당신이 자고 있는 동안에도 끊임없이 축복을 부어주시기를 원하십니다! 오늘날 많은 사람들이 밤에 잠을 자는데 어려움을 겪고 있습니다. 그들은 끊임없이 자신의 문제에 집중하고 내일에 대해 걱정하기 때문에 깨어있거나 잠을 제대로 못 자게 됩니다. 그러나 그것은 당신을 향한 하나님의 계획이 아닙니다! 그분은 당신이 잠을 축복과 상쾌함의 시간으로 즐기기를 원하십니다.

Understand that God has His hand on your life even in the midnight hour. He wants to speak to your heart and restore your dreams. He is taking care of those things that concern you. When you cast your cares on Him and trust Him to work out every detail of your life, you’ll be able to enjoy that sweet sleep that He has promised.

하나님께서는 한밤중에도 당신의 삶에 손을 얹고 계시다는 것을 이해하십시오. 그분은 당신의 마음에 말씀하시고 당신의 꿈을 회복시켜 주시기를 원하십니다. 그분은 당신과 관련된 것들을 돌보고 계십니다. 당신이 걱정거리를 그분께 맡기고 그분이 당신 삶의 모든 세세한 부분을 해결해 주실 것을 믿을 때, 당신은 그분이 약속하신 달콤한 잠을 즐길 수 있을 것입니다.

Make the decision today to enjoy the blessing of the Lord as you sleep tonight. Say a prayer before you go to bed and cast your cares on Him!

오늘 밤 잠을 잘 때 주님의 축복을 누리기로 결심하십시오. 잠자리에 들기 전에 기도하고 걱정거리를 주님께 맡기십시오!

“Father in heaven, thank You for Your promise of blessing as I sleep. I ask that You teach me to receive that blessing even while I sleep. I cast my cares on You and trust that You are working behind the scenes in my life. Thank You for watching over me, protecting me and refreshing me as I sleep in Jesus’ name. Amen. God Bless You!”
