1. 읽을말씀 : 디모데후서 2장 21절 (2 Timothy 2:21, AMP)

“그러므로 누구든지 이런 것에서 자기를 깨끗하게 하면 귀히 쓰는 그릇이 되어 거룩하고

주인의 쓰심에 합당하며 모든 선한 일에 준비함이 되리라”

“So / whoever cleanses himself / [from what is ignoble and unclean, / who separates himself / from contact /
with contaminating and corrupting influences] / will [then himself] be a vessel set apart / and useful / for honorable and noble purposes, / consecrated and profitable / to the Master, / fit and ready / for any good work.”

 

2. 제목 : “Separate Yourself.” (스스로를 구별하세요)

Are there people or activities in your life that you know you need to separate yourself from? The Bible says that bad company will corrupt good morals. God wants you to constantly be growing and rising higher in life. That’s why this verse encourages us to separate ourselves from corrupting influences. Bad influences are more than just the people in your life – it can be anything that wrongly influences your thinking.

삶 속에서 자신을 분리해야 한다고 아는 사람이나 활동이 있습니까? 성경은 나쁜 교제가 좋은 도덕성을 타락시킬 것이라고 말합니다. 하나님은 당신이 삶 속에서 끊임없이 성장하고 더 높이 올라가기를 원하십니다. 그래서 이 구절은 우리가 타락한 영향력으로부터 자신을 분리하라고 격려합니다. 나쁜 영향력은 당신의 삶 속의 사람들 그 이상입니다. 그것은 당신의 생각에 잘못된 영향을 미치는 모든 것이 될 수 있습니다.


Be careful about what you are allowing into your mind. Be careful about what you read and what you watch on TV or the internet. Don’t give your attention to things that are going to drag you down. Choose to separate yourself today. Remember, God wants you to live an abundant life. He wants you be separate so that He can work through you and fulfill His purposes in your life!
