“입을 지키는 자는 자기의 생명을 보전하나 입술을 크게 벌리는 자에게는 멸망이 오느니라”

2. 제목 : “Guard Your Mouth.” (당신의 입을 지키세요)

We’ve all said things we wish we could take back. Scripture says that when we guard our mouth, we keep our life. That’s because our words determine the direction of our lives, and wrong words can get us off course very quickly. The Bible tells us that life and death are in the power of the tongue. There’s no neutral ground. We are either sowing seeds of life and productivity with our words, or we are sowing seeds of ruin and destruction with our words.

우리는 모두 되돌리고 싶은 말을 했습니다. 성경은 입을 지키면 생명을 보전한다고 말씀하고 있습니다. 우리의 말이 우리 삶의 방향을 결정하고, 잘못된 말은 우리를 아주 빨리 길에서 벗어나게 할 수 있기 때문입니다. 성경은 죽고 사는 것이 혀의 권세에 달렸다고 말씀하고 있습니다. 중립지대가 없습니다. 우리는 말로 생명과 생산의 씨앗을 뿌리거나 말로 파멸과 파괴의 씨앗을 뿌리고 있습니다.

Today is a good day to take inventory of your words and make the decision to sow only good seeds. Sow seeds of life by speaking God’s Word over yourself and those around you. Make the decision today that your words will bring glory to the Lord as you guard your mouth and keep your life!

오늘은 당신의 말을 조사하고 좋은 씨앗만 뿌리기로 결정하기 좋은 날입니다. 당신 자신과 주변 사람들에게 하나님의 말씀을 전함으로써 생명의 씨앗을 뿌리십시오. 입을 지켜 생명을 지키면 당신의 말이 주님께 영광이 될 것이라고 오늘 결단하십시오!

“Father in heaven, I give You my every thought, word and action. Help me, Holy Spirit, to live a life pleasing to You in every way. Help me to guard my mouth and keep my life moving forward in a godly direction in Jesus’ name. Amen. God Bless You!”
